3. Data Sharing & The Scout Network

Because Nexus Scouts is a network-based organisation, your data is shared with our Official Independent Scouts.

  • Each Scout is contractually bound to the Nexus Privacy Standard.

  • Your data is only shared with third-party employers or business partners after a Scout has identified a potential match and discussed the opportunity with you.

4. Security & Integrity

We take data security seriously.

  • Encryption: All data stored on the Nexus platform is encrypted and protected by industry-standard security protocols.

  • Vetting: We only allow Official Scouts who have completed our rigorous training programme to access our talent pool.
